Performance Tuning 

It used to be that when you had a performance problem with the Oracle Applications, you could immediately focus on the Oracle database to determine the cause.  Today, with the many tools and components that support the Oracle E-Business Suite of products, the RDBMS is just one of the many components that has to be tuned and optimized in order to provide an efficient and effective thin client environment operating under Oracle's Internet Computing Architecture (ICA).
