MetaLink documents 189367.1 “Best Practices For Securing Oracle E-Business Suite Release 11i” and “Best Practices For Securing Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12”, describe some of the Oracle best practices for securing the E-Business Suite.  The first versions of the 11i version of this document lacked breadth and depth, but Oracle has made significant improvements to it, and it is now a very, very good reference tool.  I highly recommend reading it and understanding the detailed items it presents.  There are additional topics not covered yet in this portal that are addressed in the Oracle Best Practice document such as:
